Job Duties
 

• Ensure the accuracy of inbound shipment documents (like invoices, packing lists, etc.) and system data through verification 
• Monitor the status of inbound shipments and follow up to JIT delivery per schedule
• Validate the SAP Goods Receipt EDI and initiate the GR by confirming the data accuracy
• Monitor the Goods Issue EDI for outbound shipments and fix the errors if any
• Manage Purchase Order, ensure the data in PO is accurate
• Manage the process of physical disposal application and obtain the consent and document them in SAP 
• Support the planning of inventory and control of Goods in Transit from Plants or Main DC.
• Work in collaboration with 3PL warehouse to execute shipping and logistics operations per shipment schedules
• Liaise with forwarders and oversee inbound/outbound shipments, and manage the communication if any risks
• Aid in liaising with the warehouse for value-added tasks such as repackaging and sampling 
• Compile analysis reports for the review of management 
   

Requirements
 

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Logistics or Supply Chain 
• Experience in import / export, logistics, supply chain management is a plus
• Previous experience with SAP 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
• Familiar with FMCG / Pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage
• Ability to speak Mandarin and English would be an added advantage
