Job Description
Job Description:
1. Develop annual marketing resource budget plan for the company, and allocate marketing resources to various departments and subordinate institutions.
2. Regularly monitor the execution of the marketing budget, assess the effectiveness of marketing budget utilization by each department, and dynamically adjust allocations as needed.
3. Collaborate on optimizing the internal control processes related to marketing budget and participate in internal and external audit activities.
4. Coordinate communication and collaboration on budget matters with the group company, various departments, and subordinate institutions.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or business major is preferred.
2. Over 3 years of experience in marketing budget managementand data analysis. Prior experience in the telecommunications or related field is preferred.
3. Diligent, meticulous, agile thinking, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and logical thinking ability.
4. Proficient in data analysis skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities.
5. Proficiency in MS Office
6.Proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English.
