Our client, a charity organization that provides a friendly environment and stable career opportunities, seeks an Assistant Finance Manager in Hong Kong to liaise with overseas teams, oversee budgets and audits, and drive financial excellence.

Job Responsibilities: 

Oversee budget monitoring, financial analysis, and reporting, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and regulatory standards. 
Coordinate annual audits and statutory reporting, while continuously improving systems and procedures for compliance. 
Manage fiscal files and support projects. 
Compile and analyze budgets for local entities, review accounting books, and facilitate year-end closings. 
Provide reporting support, handle management tasks, and ensure regional accounting and internal controls. 

Requirements: 

Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or audit, with a CPA license in Hong Kong. 
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. 
Fluency in both Chinese and English, with a preference for prior experience or interest in nonprofit or charitable organizations. 
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize workload, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. 
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring compliance and efficiency.
