NES Fircroft has partnered with a renowned Hospitality group in Macau. You will be supervising and coordinating their pre-planning, construction activities and closeouts for upcoming and current projects. 

This is an exciting opportunity for designers that are interested to exposing to full project life cycles and a progressive career path in the hospitality industry. 

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Project Management, construction or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of project management or related experiences. 
• Experienced with design development, tendering, procurement, construction, closeouts and other development activities for the company. 
• Familiar with operation requests, manage pre-planning process, construction and installation activities for a timely delivery of all disciplines while coordinating with all parties (contractors, vendors, operational team). 
• Monitor on site logistics arrangements, site security operations, delivery and storage of equipment, materials. 
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
