Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

The employee is responsible for supporting our Human Resources team with Compensation & Benefits (C&B). They will answer and resolve any inquiries related to payroll, MPF, staff leave & attendance, and other C&B related tasks.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate the execution of C&B projects which include but are not limited to: taxation, budgeting and forecasting, annual salary, medical insurance etc.
  • Support Recruitment activities, of front-line and back office staff, interview arrangement, on-boarding orientation and off-boarding procedure if needed
  • Upkeep accurate data of employment records
  • Prepare precise monthly payrolls for salary administration and processing in an expeditious manner
  • Calculate monthly payroll, including final payment
  • Procure and present HR reports for management’s appraisal
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks when prompted

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Adept at meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure
  • Familiar with the Employment Ordinance and other HR legislations
  • Be a team-player that enables a positive work environment for everybody
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in spoken/written English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
