Responsibilities: 

• Assist in marketing and promotional campaigns 
• Coordinate with different internal and external parties to support marketing objectives
• Support events from design work, logistics, on-site assistance to post-event reporting
• Develop, edit and proofread marketing materials
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Prepare and present business development proposals and reports
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop technical proposal for tender bidding
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
• Generate leads through networking and industry events 
• Perform any administrative and clerical duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Degree/Diploma holder in Marketing /Communication /Translation/ Business /Science /Engineering or other disciplines
• 3 – 5 years relevant working experience 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• Good presentation and proposal writing skills
• Creative with good attention to details
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel & other MS Office software 
• Knowledge of photography & use of design-related software is a must
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends
