We are seeking a talented and experienced Design & Product Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing clothing product design, sourcing seasonal fabric, conducting market research, collaborating with various teams, and preparing product presentation materials.

Responsibilities:

• Develop clothing product design, including theme, color, fabrication, styles and fashion graphics;
• Source and develop seasonal fabric to meet the business need;
• Conduct marketing research and fashion trend analysis;
• Collaborate closely with Design & product development, marketing, and production teams from product concept, planning to production;
• Initiate and follow up on all sample-making related progress improvements and development to include all related presentation and documentation;
• Prepare product presentation materials.

Requirements:

• 2+ year’s solid experience in ladies wear R&D;
• A creative and passionate person with good fashion sense and design knowledge;
• Good team player and able to work independently;
• Willing to travel and able to work under pressure;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin;
• Skillful in Photoshop, 3D software (Browzwear or CLO) is preferred.
