NES Fircroft has partnered with a renowned Hospitality group in Macau. You will be responsible for all aspects including lead, manage, supervise, and coordinate all activities for the company's renovation development projects during design, development and construction phase. 

This is an exciting opportunity for Construction Managers that are looking to exposing to full project life cycles and a progressive career path in the hospitality industry and work in another city - Macau. 

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Project Management, construction or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of project management or related experiences. 
• Familiar with monitoring contractor delivery against approved schedule to validate contractor forecast completion dates.
• Able to monitor and coordinate client interface with contractor and identify/ challenge inconsistencies, flag slippage to create recovery plans.
• Coordinating to ensure all parties are kept informed on time, progress for their activities, including specialist client contractors'/consultants/ FF&E delivery purchasing, client inspection and snag teams, operation take over.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
