1.A key role in the GC IT&D organization, responsible for managing the needs of local users while fully communicating with global teams.

2.Build relationships (virtually and in-person) with every department of HKTW, as well as the global Health & Hygiene and IT communities. Should also be able to function at an operational level and capable of building tangible and sustainable relationships with the key personnel and suppliers. 

3.Responsible for project implementation of local user requirements, and accountable for driving global projects deployment. She/he will establish good cooperative relationships with leaders from various departments, listen to their needs, and implement excellent project management to meet user expectations.

4. Collaborate with various departments to jointly promote the progress of IT&D projects, not only to implement the headquarters' requirements for IT construction in Hong Kong, but also to seek resources from local sources to meet the needs of local users.

5.Ensure global technical and information standards are always implemented and complied with.
