Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute group tour itineraries based on customer preferences and requirements
• Coordinate group travel arrangements with vendors, customers and internal teams
• Manage transportation, accommodation, and activities for group tours
• Ensure smooth operations for group customers throughout their travel experience
• Monitor travel industry trends and developments to ensure the company is providing up-to-date and relevant group travel experiences
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote and sell group travel products and services
• Manage budgets and reporting for group travel operations

Requirements:

• Secondary level (HKCEE/HKDSE) with professional training in tourism management or above
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in group tour product planning and operations, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and travel booking software
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends and holidays
•  Knowledge of travel regulations and requirements is a plus
