Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer services to customers via email and other digital platforms
• Track the order status by collaborating with other departments
• Assist and solve customers' enquiries for any post-sales issues
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Have relevant customer services experience, mall/call centre cs or other experiences of dealing with customers will also be considered
• A must to be proficient in written and verbal English
• Familiar with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Immediately available is preferred
