Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct Outbound Calls (non-sales)
- Ensure customer feedback are effectively and efficiently resolved with courtesy
- Fulfill daily operational tasks and documentation in accordance with Key Performance Index.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years’ experience at least in any segment of customer services
- Good Command of Indoesian
- Customer-oriented with pleasant telephone manner
- Hands on PC skills (Microsoft office, Internet etc.)
- Working on Monday to Friday (minimum of 4 hours),
- May require working on Public Holiday, weekends to meet the requirement of concerning project
- Immediately available is highly preferred
