Responsibilities:

1.Sales Team Management:- Leading and managing a team of sales executives. This involves setting performance targets, providing guidance and training, and monitoring sales activities and results.

2. Account Management:- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all account matters; Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit

3. Project Management - Working along with Project and Functional Team to develop and manage projects and their cost, time and scope. Creating a project plan, communication plan, allocating tasks and setting milestones.

4. Business Development - driving business growth, developing a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income. 

5. Assist and complete ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Engineering or related  discipline
• Minimum 5 years solid OEM/ ODM sales and marketing experience in consumer electronic products, preferably from manufacturing environment
• Solid track record in proven sales from MNC’s, mobile handset manufacturers or related industry leaders
• Familiar with handling customers in US or Europe regions
• Good command of spoken and written both English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Strong business sense and result oriented
• Be dynamic, aggressive and able to work under pressure
• Well organizer and alert to detail planning and sensitive to figures
• 4 days work at Dongguan plant and travel to overseas when required.
