Key responsibilities:

• Develop and executive marketing strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives
• Manage daily operations of E-commerce platforms including but not limited to product listing, pricing, promotions and inventory management. 
• Prepare regular business reports, market research and sales analysis
• Plan and implement digital marketing activities, media and promotional campaigns on E-shops,(HKTVMALL & Shopify) as well as social media platforms
• Work closely with internal & external parties including merchandising, sales and marketing, logistics dept 
• Undertake other ad hoc tasks if necessary

Key Performance Indicators:

• Contribute to overall sales target
• Engagement on social media content

Requirement:

• University graduate preferably in Marketing, eCommerce, information technology or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, experience in textile or fashion industry will be a plus 
• Experience in digital marketplaces such as Amazon/eBay,Shopify/ Shopee, Taobao/JinDong will be a huge advantage
• Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WeChat & XiaoHonShu)
• Creative and detail orientated with good communication, analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment with sharp business acumen
• Sound knowledge in Google Analytics and search engine is preferred      
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office particularly in Excel, knowledge HTML and SEO is highly preferred
• Candidate with more relevant experience will be considered as E-Commerce Officer
