We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Office Marketing Team. Our dynamic team is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to enhance leasing marketing and engage office tenants.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate, develop & drive digital product strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance customer engagement across the office portfolio, as part of the cross-functional team to achieve project goals
• Research, evaluate and recommend new marketing technology & platforms to support ongoing business priorities. Including optimization, process improvement and streamlining
• Act as subject matter expert to deliver digital projects, such as website revamp, mobile app development, SaaS solution adoption, IoT projects, etc. Manage new projects and BAU product maintenance
• Be responsible for project delivery schedules and budget with an oversight on the interfaces among systems and correlations across projects. Identify risks and provide technical or functional recommendations and re-prioritize the teams’ resources as appropriate 
• Support data management projects that help explain and analyse data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Develop and maintain dashboards
• Establish detailed and realistic project scopes after identifying and validating both business and technical parameters. Work closely with business users, UXUI designers, IT and QA for new function rollout and enhancement
• Manage end-to-end project delivery with support from internal teams and external agencies
• Ensure quality digital deliverables by identifying risks, issues and interdependencies, support UAT and live test. Provide an appropriate mitigation approach or escalation as appropriate
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on defining key digital KPI’s and ensure marketing support is available to drive performance results

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science or Digital-related discipline is preferred
• Minimum of 8 years’ solid experience in managing digital projects, including website and mobile applications 
• Creates new and better ways for the organisation to be successful
• Makes good and timely decisions that keep the organisation moving forward
• Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
• Ability to conduct technical feasibility studies for new ideas and digital initiatives
• Strong in project management, vendor and stakeholder management
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision; ability to work under pressure
• Digital savvy. Passionate about the latest technology, data and problem-solving
