職責 (Responsibilities): 

• 旅行團銷售 Promote full range of travel-services to clients 
• 處理查詢及顧客服務 Handle customers enquiries 
• 其他上司委派之工作 Support supervisors/managers ad-hoc tasks when necessary
• 推薦合適的旅遊產品 Suggest suitable products to clients 

要求 (Requirements):

• 中五/DSE或以上學歷 Form 5/DSE or above 
• 懂中英文輸入法 Familiar with Chinese & English typing 
• 懂Outlook、Microsoft Familiar using Outlook & Microsoft 
• 積極開朗 Outgoing, Positive and able to work under pressure 
• 歡迎應屆畢業生 Fresh graduates are welcome

營業主任 (Sales Supervisor) 

職責 (Responsibilities): 

• 旅行團銷售 Promote full range of travel-services to clients 
• 處理查詢及顧客服務 Handle customers enquiries 
• 推薦合適的旅遊產品 Suggest suitable products to clients 
• 負責分行管理工作 Shop branches management operations 

要求 (Requirements):

• 中五/DSE或以上學歷 Form 5/DSE or above 
• 三年或以上相關工作經驗者優先考慮 3+ years or above related experience would be highly preferred 
• 懂中英文輸入法 Familiar with Chinese & English typing 
• 良好客戶服務技巧及有責任感 Responsible and excellent CS manner 
• -能操流利英語及普通話者優先考慮 Fluent in English & Mandarin speaking is a plus 
• 積極開朗 Outgoing, Positive and able to work under pressure

外遊領隊 (Tour Guide)  

職責 (Responsibilities): 

• 負責隨團領隊工作 Assist tourists/tour group with their travel arrangements 
• 提供旅團銷售服務Promote full range of travel-services to clients 
• 處理查詢及顧客服務 Handle customers enquiries 
• 推薦合適的旅遊產品 Suggest suitable products to clients 
• 需隨團外出海外公幹 Overseas travel when necessary 

要求 (Requirements):

• 中五/DSE或以上學歷 Form 5/DSE or above 
• 1年或以上帶團經驗 1-year or above as Tour Guide or any related experience 
• 持有有效的外遊領隊證 Valid Certificate for Outbound Tour Guide is a MUST
• 積極進取、待客熱誠有禮及擅於與人溝通 Passionate, polite and good communication skills 
• 須輪班工作 Shift duties required
