NES Fircroft has partnered with a renowned Hospitality group in Macau. You will be supporting the Building Services Team for maintaining technical oversight of the construction of all building systems and equipment including mechanical, electrical, low voltage, plumbing, security, surveillance, and other specialty systems for all assigned projects. 

This is an exciting opportunity for MEP construction managers that are interested to exposing to full project life cycles and a career path in the hospitality industry. 

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Building Service Engineering or related disciplines. 
• 9+ years of MEP experience, preferably in the hospitality, F&B industry.  
• Experienced in reviewing final ‘construction’ documents including drawings, specifications, schedules etc to ensure compliance with construction requirements.
• Familiar with shop drawings for specialist items, i.e. HV switchgear, LV switchgear, chillers, AHUs etc.
• Strong in site inspections assessment, monitoring testing and commissioning process to ensure timely satisfactory delivery. 
• Able to collaborate and coordinate with other teams and departments.
• Have the knowledge of IBC and local Macau regulations is a plus.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
