Hong Kong Biotechnology Organization is an independent nonprofit organization with the goal to promote best practice, raise awareness across the biotechnology industry while providing added value benefits to its members.

Responsibilities:

1.Implementation of overall company I.T structure

• Control I.T budget
• Improve Company I.T System 
• Knowledge deal with vendors for hardware/software and all related I.T contract

2.Support I.T related system & maintenance

• Manage and maintenance all servers keep running healthly
• Manage company internet/intranet security
• Manage all data backup
• Support end users PC troubleshooting
• Company Network design and improve
• Routing system and PC s health check
• Handling website DNS records, ftp, database administration
• I.T related workflow & documentation

3.Handle all I.T related contract with vendors

4.Manage Windows AD , Email Server , Linux admin, VPN/Firewall admin

5.Manage company websites

6. Manage company database

7.Hardware/Software installation & troubleshooting included printers,      fingerprint etc..

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years solid experience in related industry
• Solid experience in Windows Server Administration, Data Backup, Networking and Web Server Management
• Familiar with Network / Security Products / Technologies (A/D domain, DNS, DFS, FTP, TCP/IP protocol, router, switches, wireless, VPN, firewall, and other related technologies)
• Knowledge on Database Management (MySQL, MySQL Workbench, Libreoffice Base)
• Knowledge on hardware (Desktop, Servers, Printers etc.) and capable in troubleshooting
• Knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux)
• Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and OfficeSuite
• Self-initiative, diligent and strong sense of responsibility
• Independent, self-motivated with a responsive and service oriented manner
• Immediate available is preferred
