School Background

The prestigious preschool is a private International school located at Kowloon Tong with 24 years of operating history.  Originally from USA, we offer a complete full-immersion, bilingual English and Mandarin educational program from 6 months to 6 years. Our award wining curriculum guides and supports our students’ learning from Infant to K3.

Duties

• Manage the day to day operation of the school.
• Working with the curriculum department to implement the school's award winning curriculum.
• Lead and supervise the administration and teaching staffs at the school.
• Maintaining communication with parents and formulate plans to support student enrolment
• Recruit, train and supervise the performance of teachers and their development
• ** For the first 5 months, the candidate will undergoes extensive on the job mentorship with an experienced school director and principal.

The Successful Candidate Should:

• Graduated with  university degree in early childhood education or its equivalent 
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in preschool setting and at least 1 years with management role.
• Registered Kindergarten Teacher with the Education Bureau of Hong Kong 
• Completion of Kindergarten Principal Course recognized by the EDB
• Have demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills with teachers, students, parents and the community at large;
• Excellent English and Mandarin speaker;
• Enjoy and passionate working with the young children;
