Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to monitor project progress, including tracking scope, cost, and timeline
* Support project meetings by organizing and documenting meeting minutes, and addressing inquiries from internal stakeholders
* Maintain up-to-date project status updates, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) log, and assist in creating and distributing project reports for management
* Coordinate end-to-end testing activities, prioritize test design tasks, propose strategies, execute tests, and prepare comprehensive test status and metrics reports
* Proactively identify and manage potential conflicts or issues that may arise during the project
* Ensure project documentation adheres to the bank's standard guidelines
* Evaluate and ensure data quality following data migration processes
* Provide post-project completion support and troubleshooting to internal users, including arranging necessary training sessions
* Handle ad-hoc projects/tasks or administrative duties related to Project Management Office (PMO) as required
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business or a related discipline
* Over a year of relevant experience in IT or Project Management
* PMP, PRINCE or Scrum Master are added advantage
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools is advantageous
* Possesses strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
* Demonstrates a keen attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, and a responsible attitude towards work, with a willingness to learn
* Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to thrive in challenging and high-pressure environments
* Capable of prioritizing workloads and managing deadlines in a systematic and organized manner
* Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Adaptable to handling ad-hoc assignments and other duties as necessary
* Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
* Immediate available is preferred
