The role:

Customer Service

• Continuously uplift performance standard by educating, training and disciplining frontline staff as per given guidelines
• Investigate public complaints in regard to frontline staff and impose corrective/disciplinary actions as appropriate 
• Identify the trends of the complaints in order to develop strategies or solutions on safety and service quality

Driving Standards

• Monitor and follow-up the performance of bus captains by arranging disciplinary interviews and providing trainings
• Analyse data of complaints on driving performance aspects
• Investigate the causes of the traffic incidents by data anlysis and formulate strategies on improving safe driving standards

Skills and attributes:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above
• 2 years of working experience in the aspects of customer service and trainings, preferable in public transportation industry or disciplinary force
• Excellent knowledge and experience in uplifting customer service standard and hosting training courses
• Preferably familiar with road regulations and bus operations related ordinances
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in the aspect of training frontline staff
• Holder of a valid Hong Kong driving licence classes 1 & 9 is preferred
