Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop company-level brand promotion and marketing strategies, implement new product promotions, key VIP maintenance, CRM maintenance, and offline campaigns based on the annual Marketing strategy, served to reach sales targets and conversion rates. Ensure consistency of brand positioning and brand image among channels. Collaborate with the sales department to develop monthly marketing strategies and marketing campaigns to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Oversee the overall marketing budget management, effectively manage the budget and resource allocation to ensure optimal return on branding communication and both digital marketing and offline campaigns. Coordinate resources to meet the product promotion needs of e-commerce and offline stores, and increase the number of new VIP members and traffic.
- Collaborate with sales department and the BD team to develop new customer groups as new members, explore new cooperative enterprises in various fields, and integrate marketing strategies to serve the needs of different new customer segment, in order to expand the potential customer base. Cooperate with other departments to support the achievement of sales targets for different projects.
- Manage Marketing team, and supervise the design of visual materials, product photography, and the dissemination of online marketing content on social media, email, websites, and other digital platforms. Lead the team to innovate creativity and marketing methods, benchmark market promotion and advertising channels, continuously optimize the content dissemination, and enhance the brand influence.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the company's brand characteristics and products, analyze market trends and industry benchmarking data, as well as customer insight reports to provide data-driven and customer-centric data support for the formulation and optimization of marketing strategies and campaign activities. Evaluate and summarize the effectiveness of various promotional channels and marketing methods, select the most accurate and effective methods and channels for different target groups, and form a fixed mechanism to optimize and improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies based on data insights.
- Manage external third-party service providers, conduct bidding and procurement in compliance.
- Coordinate the planning and implementation of large-scale offline brand events, coordinate with the company's headquarters on other large-scale event coordination work, and maintain good coordination and communication with different departments and partners within the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, journalism and communication, or related background, with more than 7 years of marketing and promotion experience and more than 5 years of team management experience. Preference will be given to those with experience in the retail, jewelry, and apparel industries. Excellent English proficiency, strong learning ability, good communication skills and adaptability, strong logical thinking and stress tolerance, and the ability to independently write industry analysis and work reports.
- Familiar with marketing tactics and promotion channels in Hong Kong and Mainland China, proficient in using marketing tools and platforms (such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM systems). Familiar with the characteristics of mainstream media in Hong Kong and Mainland China, and have media resources will be preferred.
- Able to adapt to fast-paced work and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strategic thinking and innovative mindset.
