Our client is the leading Carrier in Asia, providing comprehensive port agency services. They are currently looking for a Boarding Officer / Operation Officer  to join the team

Responsibilities

• Manages vessel operations, ensuring compliance with procedures for arrivals and departures.
• Coordinates with subcontractors and local stakeholders for various vessel-related activities. 
• Prepares and submits port disbursement accounts for reimbursement. 
• Maintains regular communication with Principals, Owners, and company management on work progress.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years related experiences in Shipping/ Carrier Operation fields
• Knowledge in the shipping ordinance
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Familier with MS Office and Excels
