Job Description:

1. Independently implement regular audit projects such as financial audits, performance audits, accountability audits, and asset audits for the group and its subsidiaries, in accordance with the internal audit plan. This includes developing detailed audit plans and executing the audit projects as per the plan.
2. Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments during the audit process, and take the lead in resolving any difficulties or issues encountered during the audits.
3. Conduct special investigations on specific findings or external reports. Assist in establishing and improving the company's anti-fraud mechanism, and focus on inspecting potential fraudulent behaviors during the internal audit process.
4. Independently prepare high-quality audit workpapers, write comprehensive audit/investigation reports, ensure the accuracy and completeness of the content and language. Issue audit opinions and follow up on rectification plans with management.
5. Oversee the filing and management of internal audit process and result documentation.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in majors such as financial management, auditing, or internal control.
2. 3+ years of experience in finance, auditing, and internal control work. Possess an intermediate or above accounting or auditing professional qualification.
3. Proficient in using common relational databases, non-relational databases, and data warehouses. Familiarity with HIVE-SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools is preferred.
4. Thorough understanding of enterprise risk management and internal control processes. Relevant experience in anti-fraud investigations and auditing roles in the internet, financial, or other related industries is preferred.
5. Strong language and written communication skills. Excellent teamwork and stress management abilities.
6. Professional ethics, positive work attitude, and strong learning capability. Detail-oriented, diligent, and numerate. High level of self-motivation and results-orientation. Candidates with prior internal audit experience in financial groups are preferred.
7. Willingness to accept overseas office work and business travel assignments will be prioritized.
8. Fluent Mandarin
