SENIOR PROJECT EXECUTIVE/PROJECT COORDINATOR

Introduction

We are expanding our project team and currently require a project executive to work across international projects in APAC. You will require excellent organization skills and the ability to communicate with clients and designers for the production process, you will require the ability to manage the implementation of retail furniture, counter, shop fitting, exhibitions, and events.

Responsibilities 

Assisting the project manager with the development of technical specifications and the acquisition of sample materials.

Performing quality control in factories in China, or elsewhere in Asia, throughout the production process.

Overseeing the production of prototypes or bespoke material.

Development of international installation schedules.

Liaising with local authorities to gain clearance on health, safety and security matters for transportation and delivery.

Co-ordinate local installation teams responsible for the implementation.

Travel across the Asia Pacific Region

Any ad-hoc assignment

Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience (project management, production management).

An understanding of the manufacturing process.

Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage several projects at once.

A high degree of energy and flexibility (required to work overnight or abroad on some projects).

Ability to work both in a team and independently.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills

Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin & English.
