AT Global Services is seeking potential talent who is attention to detail, accurate, responsible, independent, initiative, and interested in joining our CRM Team. 

Reporting to CRM Team leader, this position is responsible for data quality assurance to ensure our service level meets the standard.
 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for data quality assurance execution, testing process reporting and problem tracking
• Provide product requirement analysis, case studies and scenarios writing 
• Determination of product defeats, providing assistance of improving function and locating bugs and defeats
• Responsible for daily testing, data checking and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent 
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Independent, willing to learn, well-organized and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of CRM - Salesforce is an advantage
• With 1 year of data quality assurance experience is an advantage
