Job Duties
- To handle the user inquires and place service calls
- To record the calls information
- To dispatch calls to related parties
- Follow up service status
- Work hours : 2000 to 0800 (15 days per month)
- Location : Mong Kok
Requirements
- HKCEE / DSE or above
- 1 year work experience prefer in customer service / club house / IT service
- Polite and good communication
