What You'll Work On:

  • Handle insurance claims for various lines of business, including Property & Casualty, CAR, Construction EC, and Marine.
  • Ensure proper reserving, adjustment, and settlement of all claims.
  • Resolve inquiries from customers, colleagues, and business partners.
  • Collaborate closely with loss adjusters, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality and professional claims services.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the team as needed

 

What Makes a Good Fit for the Role?

  • Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in a relevant field
  • Hands-on experience in handling property & casualty claims
  • Proficient in managing various general insurance claims in commercial line of business
  • Expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Passed IIQE Paper 1 & 2 or holds ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or equivalent (preferred)
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused approach
