Responsibilities

1. Month-End Closing: Execute month-end closing procedures meticulously, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2. Journal Entries and Reconciliations: Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and analyze financial data.
3. Financial Reporting: Generate monthly and annual financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and schedules.
4. Accounts Payable and Payroll Backup: Serve as backup for accounts payable and payroll processing.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to maintain accurate records and provide accounting support.
6. Tax Compliance: Assist in tax-related tasks and compile necessary tax documentation.
7. Support Financial Professionals: Collaborate with auditors, controllers, and other team members.  

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline or above
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting
• Knowledge of Flex System & Fion is a plus
• Detail-minded and self-motivated
• Proactive, independent, able to work under pressure and with good team spirit
• Strong PC skills & familiar with MS Excel and Word
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available preferred
