Responsibilities

• Business development for new pursuits
• Project management for new / ongoing projects
• Manage project requirements/expectations with clients, stakeholders, consultants, authorities, contractors etc.
• Manage project deliverables including reports, proposals, presentations and meeting notes etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Engineering / Building Surveying / Quantity Surveying or other construction related Degree
• Registered Safety Officer  
• Possess with technical knowledge and experience in new build / A&A projects
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Experience with Mainland China’s Project and / or Data Centre Project is advantage
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Possess recognized qualifications of HKIA, HKIS, HKIE, PMI, APM or equivalent is an advantage
