Senior IT Officer

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for installling, configuring, and maintaining in-house hardware, software and networking.
• Monitor servers (Linux, Windows, web, email, file), network and firewall
• coordinating IT projects with other departments of the organization including regional offices overseas
• Document system infrastructure, operation and processes
• Liaise and coordinate with service providers 
• Participate in various ad-hoc projects as assigned;

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 5 years or above relevant working experience on in-house IT support
• Hands-on Linux system support and trouble-shooting. 
• Solid experience and knowledge in Windows, Active Directory and other MIS related functions
• Good in English and Chinese
