As a Part Time Digital Project Assistant, you will:

• Work with all other colleagues as ONE team
• Analyze users ‘ requirements and translate users’ idea and cases into functional specification
• Ensure to deliver best practices and user guide to users
• Prepare PPT and reports
• Work according to supervisors' instructions
• Conduct user acceptance test including test plan, test case preparation/creation and execution
• Prepare training materials and conduct training to end users
• Assist in project coordination and administrative tasks when needed

What do we look for in a candidate?

• 0 - 1 year of experience in business analysis or system analysis will be an advantage
• Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines (Current university students are welcomed)
• Able to communicate well and concisely with end users and IT team
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Detail-minded, multi-tasking, strong sense of ownership, and able to learn independently
