Job Duties:

• To study existing network infrastructure and plan for new IT infrastructure at the TKO new office
• To prepare technical requirement specifications for procurement of IT products and services
• To provide on-going maintenance support for GOA related systems
• To monitor GOA related system performance, diagnose and fix system problems to ensure the reliability and stability of GOA infrastructure
• To compile manuals, guidelines and necessary documents if needed to ensure that complete and up-to-date documentation are in place for on-going support
• To carry out other duties as designated by supervisor

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
• At least 4 years' experience in IT industry
• Strong experience on the administration and support of end user devices (PCs, notebooks, tablets and smartphones), virtual machines, Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, routers and switches
• Relevant certification in computer networking will be of advantage
• Able to communicate in Cantonese and English and can read/write Chinese and English
