We are a sizable international sourcing organization with 60,000 square feet studio showcasing 5000+SKUs supplied to countries including UK, Ireland, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany and India with in house graphic designers and sourcing team to support our team. Due to business growth, we are now looking for a IT engineer to cope with our team expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Build, monitor and maintain network (LAN, WiFi) and server infrastructure
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows PC and Macintosh
• Install, configure and troubleshoot software and hardware
• Liaise with third parties on IT matter when necessary
• Work at other sites may be required
• Able to work under pressure and work outside office hours when necessary
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree / High Dip in computer science, computer engineering, business information systems or related disciplines is preferred
• At least three (3) years of IT experience
• Proven experience supporting Microsoft Hyper-V, Veeam, Microsoft Windows server (AD, ADFS, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS), NAS, Veeam Backup
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office product, networking configuration
• Solid experience in firewall (FortiGate) monitoring and configuration, security appliances, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
• Solid experience in managing system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes
• Knowledge in Security product such as KES will be an advantage
• Proven work experiences as IT Support/System Engineer
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• End user oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in Chinese and English
