Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage security activities for the Group’s designated properties;
- Ensure the day-to-day security service meets the specification and supervise contractors to improve the security standards;
- Ensure the day-to-day site control meets safety standards and client’s expectations;
- Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures (Security Company Licence - Type I & Type III);
- Responsible for team establishment and recruit new team members;
- Introduce new products with high technology security features to the customer;
- Supervise and train up the security team to perform security and operation duties;
- Reporting and investigation of accidents or any other safety related issues;
- Liaise with other departments for rectification of defects or hazards found during patrol;
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Security Management, Computers or related disciplines with 3 years of relevant experience;
- Holder of SPP (Category D) is a must;
- Strong understanding with comprehensive experience (Type I & Type III) of provision of security guarding services, installation, maintenance and/or repairing of a security device and/or designing (for any particular premises or place) a security system incorporating a security device;
- CCTV system or related experience technical support and system maintenance;
- Experience in supporting network infrastructure and performing secure coding reviews;
- Relevant experience as a member of police forces or relevant professional qualifications in property management is an advantage;
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, effective communication skills in interacting with people at all levels &presentable and professionalism;
- Proficiency in MS word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop & Chinese Word Processing;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and Mandarin;
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills;
- Interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure.
