Duties:

* Coordinate with local and overseas accounting teams for closing process and reporting

* Prepare month end closing, financial reporting and consolidation for the group

* Prepare reconciliation, breakdowns and analysis for month-end closing

* Assist in the research and documentation of appropriate accounting treatments

* Deliver the statutory financial statements and tax documents of subsidiaries

* Liaise and coordinate interim review and annual audits with auditors and other external parties for all aspects of accounting, audit, tax and compliance

* Assist in preparation of interim and annual report and announcements

* Perform ad hoc accounting tasks assigned 

Requirement:

* University graduate with HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in consolidation processing and review, and financial reporting 

* Work experience gained from multinational or sizable organization is an advantage

* Good understanding of procedures and principles such as broad HKFRS knowledge and consolidation experience

* Work independently under minimal guidance, self-motivated, capable to handle timeline

* Minimal book keeping for holding entities

* Ability to handle multi-tasks and respond effectively to ad-hoc requests

* High competence in written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage

* Less experience will be consider for the post of Accountant
