Job Responsibilities

• Negotiating contracts and service agreements with suppliers for all categories.  
• Researching options to source best value products and services.  
• Creating and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels internally as well as current and new suppliers.  
• Developing strategies to ensure that supplier performance is monitored.  
• Ensuring procurement sources are secure and sustainable.  
• Implement other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years procurement experience at a sizable organization, preferably in IT industry
• Well-developed analytical skills. 
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced organisation. 
• Knowledge of procurement policies & procedures, tendering and contract management.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Experience with eProcurement tools Ariba will be advantageous
• Well versed in Microsoft Packages 
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
