Client Details

They are seeking a talented and experienced HRBP (Manager) to join their team. As a HRBP (Manager), you will be responsible for talent acquisition, internal communication, and content writing for staff engagement activities and collaborating with the compensation and benefits team for C&B exercises. You will oversee a headcount of approximately 400 employees across the APAC market, including Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and Hong Kong. Strong writing and communication skills are essential for this role.

Description

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Internal Communication: Create and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive work culture. Write compelling content for internal communications, such as company newsletters, announcements, and intranet articles. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internal communication materials.
  • Staff Engagement Activities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize and execute staff engagement activities, including team-building events, employee recognition programs, and training initiatives. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure these activities align with organizational goals and contribute to employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Collaboration: Partner with the C&B team to support compensation and benefits exercises. Provide input on job evaluations, market benchmarking, and salary reviews. Collaborate on the design and implementation of employee reward and recognition programs. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • APAC Market Management: Oversee a headcount of approximately 400 employees across the APAC market, including Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and Hong Kong. Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure consistent HR practices, policies, and programs across the region. Stay updated on regional employment laws and regulations.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience of HR, HRBP background is highly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the APAC region.
  • Experience in content writing for internal communications is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages spoken in the APAC region is highly desirable.
