Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform all-rounded reception duties and general office administrative support to the group
- Assist in handling daily operations including sourcing/liaising with vendors for office procurement, equipment maintenance and record management
- Prepare administrative reports regularly and verify invoices/receipts for payment processing
- Assist in organizing company/staff events and handle ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- Tertiary educated with a minimum of 2 years’ of relevant experience in sizable companies
- Fluent in spoken and written English/Cantonese, Mandarin is a MUST
- Good telephone manner, communication/interpersonal skills
- Good command in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Candidates with stable track record are highly preferable
