Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for account management and serving to the corporate accounts
- Achieve financial target assigned by the management
- Maintain regular contact and explore new business opportunities with existing customers
- Identify customers’ needs and provide the best solutions to the customers
- Work with internal parties to ensure excellent service is delivered and enhance customers' satisfaction
- Lead the team in handling customers’ enquiries
Requirements
- Degree or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in related field
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Office, including WORD, EXCEL and PowerPoint
- Flexible, customer-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
