• Overall supervision and leading all divisions of the factory in JB, Malaysia, to ensure quality standards, specific production schedules and deadlines are met and overhead expenses are controlled.
• Responsible for leading the factory operations including production / manufacturing process and continuous improvement and automation.
• To ensure the smooth daily operations of the factory.
• Co-ordinate with all relevant internal departments to improve management efficiency and problem-solving capabilities.
• Trouble shooting, problem solving, process improvement, automation, product testing, etc.
• Assist senior management in evaluating and improving manufacturing methods.
• Implement cost reduction and company goal projects.

Requirement:

• University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or Management field
• At least 8-10 years’ experience in production or manufacturing management for a sizable factory, of which 5 years in senior factory management level
• Good knowledge in Lean and Continuous Improvement in process management
• Strong experience in Manufacturing and Production in EMS industry including but not only in Plastic Injection Molding, SMT, PCBA assembly and box build products
• Strong technical and project management background 
• Sound knowledge and hands on experience in ISO 9001, ERP system and operations management
• Excellent management and communication skills, problem solving, analytical and decision making
• Able to work independently with initiative
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Applicant with less experience may be considered as Senior Production Manager
