• Maintain and monitor test plans, project schedules and report issuance
• Monitor the accuracy of test results
• Ensure test results and reports adhere to client schedules and expectations
• Maintain all documentations are appropriately for each project
• Communicate with clients and follow up clients’ enquiries and requisitions
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor
• Handle daily operation data entry
• Ability to coordinate between Project Team/ Services Team & Site Team;
• Participate in other ad-hoc projects assigned by superior.

Job Requirement :

• HKCEE / HKDSE level or diploma holder in related discipline
• 2 years relevant working experience
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint'
• Details-minded, outgoing, positive with strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good in English, Cantonese and Madarin (written and spoken)
• Customer service nature
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive with can-do attitude
• Immediately available is preferred
