Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and upload digital assets (images, videos, documents, etc.) to the appropriate file-sharing or content management systems
• Review website content from a user's perspective, proofread for grammar and spelling, and provide suggestions for improvement
• Conduct basic website testing, identify any issues or inconsistencies, and report findings to the project team
• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks, such as maintaining the project schedule, tracking action items, and providing status updates
• Support the marketing team with other ad-hoc duties that may arise during the website revamp project
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the smooth flow of information and activities
• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn new tools and processes

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, translations or a related field
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, independent and strong team player
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
