Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKDSE (Pass in English or Mathematics are preferable) or above
• Minimum 1 year merchandising or clerical experience 
• Good spoken and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel 
• Responsible and organized 

Responsibilities:

• Perform clerical duties to merchandising department, such as sampling arrangement, data input and communication with vendors;
• To support ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Issue orders, follow up production and daily report to Merchandiser on order status 
• Maintain filing and inventory system
