PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• Support the Country Commercial Director in all the commercial analysis. Analysis and follow-up of corporate KPI reports & ad-hoc reporting. Develop conclusions & solutions for performance improvements. Co-ordinate the agreed action plans with relevant departments including Operations, Category Management, Marketing and logistics. 
• Assist the Business Development Director in analysis and presentation of new business opportunities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Organize

• Co-ordinate the agreed action plans with relevant departments including Operations, Category Management, Marketing and logistics. 
• Coordination with operations to identify issues and proposals of solutions

Evaluate

• Analyze performance reports, develop & implement periodical and ad hoc reporting and conclusions.
• Review periodic reports in order to identify deviations and explain them
• Analysis and follow up of Commercial Plan actions coordinating with all related departments (Operations, Category Management, Marketing and Logistics)
• Develop and analyze commercial reports (periodical and ad hoc reports) propose new commercial reports in collaboration with the Commercial Director
• Assist Business Development Director in evaluating and presenting new business opportunities

Report

• Inform periodically the reasoning behind the deviation in KPI performance, through PowerPoint presentations, Excel lists and Word documents

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, first proven experience in an analytical role involving operational
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
• Preferably with knowledge of the travel retail and/or travel F&B markets
