Responsibilities

• As K11 Art & Cultural themed tour guide to present excellent customer experience with journey of imagination
• Coordinate tours and introduce regular and thematic exhibitions to guests
• Build up a good communication bridge between K11 and guests
• Assist in promotional activities on the guided tour
   

Requirements

• A natural storyteller who can help our audience connect with K11 through engaging tours and conversations
• Passionate at art, design, architecture
• Good and willing to communicate and interact with others
• Willing to meet with people with different backgrounds, ages and social status
• Fluency in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
• Native speaker in English would be an advantage
