We are currently helping a listed manufacturing group looking for 2 headcounts – Finance Manager (HK & overseas business) and Senior Finance Manager (PRC business)

1. Finance Manager (HK & overseas focused)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a team leader accounting team in the Hong Kong office
• Oversee accounting operations across the company's overseas locations ensuring standardized processes and controls.
• Monitor inventory levels and movements to support effective supply chain management.
• Oversee accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
• Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports and performance analysis for management.
• Coordinate cash flow and treasury management, liaise with banks as needed.
• Maintain and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support tax planning and transfer pricing initiatives, particularly for overseas offices.
• Undertake ad-hoc financial projects and assignments as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional accounting certification (HKICPA or ACCA) preferred
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in a listed company, manufacturing or trading industry

2. Senior Finance Manager (PRC focused)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting team in China, overseeing all accounting operations
• Supervise and approve sales order processing, inventory control, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Oversee month-end close processes and prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages
• Conduct budgeting, variance analysis, and performance reporting for China business units, reporting to senior management
• Manage tax planning, transfer pricing, tax filing, and liaison with local authorities for tax and customs
• Maintain and implement financial policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate internal controls and governance
• Coordinate with external auditors, bankers, tax advisors, and other professional service providers in China
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of managerial experience 
• Previous work experience in PRC manufacturing
• Frequent travel to PRC
