Responsibilities:

- Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing exceptional brand events and experiences to engage high-net-worth consumers and cultivate relationships
- Develop and implement an annual calendar of brand events, including launches, VIP receptions, pop-up experiences, etc.

- Supervise the procurement of qualitative vendors and ensure process is complying to company guidelines.
- Oversee event budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure optimal event resources and pricing
- Provide on-site leadership and coordination during events to ensure flawless execution
- Collect and analyze post-event data and feedback to continuously improve the event experience

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in event management, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or hospitality industries
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong creativity and design sensibility to conceptualize unique, memorable event experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and event planning software
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field
