Project Manager (Data Centre) - 50-65k x 13 months + bonus

• Lead a team to run a new build Data Centre project
• Plan, coordinate and supervise project in terms of schedules, progress to meet project timeline
• Manage project expenses and budget to control cost
• Prepare and review project documentation including contracts, drawings, specifications, etc
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with the client, government and contractors on project updates, issue, etc
• Manage and supervise project team including internal team members and subcontractors
• Ensure all works comply with building codes and regulations

skills & qualifications required.

• Degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Building Service Engineering or any other related disciplines;
• 10 years relevant experience in building service / electrical engineering
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• REW qualification is an advantage but not a must
