The ideal candidate will be creative and passionate in Social Media who wish to work under a Laissez Faire style leadership and get personalised social media training.

Job Description

- Manage Promotion projects for “M” Mark Events and Mascot, opportunities to enrich your portfolio and gain a front role experience in managing and attending “M” Mark Events;
- Working in a Start-up company with flat organisation structure;
- Laissez faire management style;
- Able to gain frontline experience and personalised training in Social Media Marketing;
- Manage the social media platforms for clients;
- Ensure smooth communication and cooperation with clients;
- Help with the idea generation on developing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, and more;
- Generate Social Media Report with analytics and insights;
- Digital Ad placement;
- Liaise with external parties like KOLs, production houses, etc.

Major Requirements

- Holds a degree or higher diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or an equivalent field;
- 1- 3 years of professional experience, experience in promoting Larger Events and Mascot Projects is preferred;
- Understands the characteristics and preferences of the target audience and employs effective strategies to reach them;
- Demonstrates the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining the quality of work;
- Collaborates effectively within a team and possesses excellent communication skills.
